1. Q: How to order in this website ?

     A: you need register at our website.  Register is very simple, you should remeber the logo in account and key.  when you logo in the future, you will be able to check  the status of your order.  such as estimated shipping date.  tracking number for the package if order was sent. 

2. Q: How to pay with credit card or deibt card ?

     A: We accept paypal payment, main credit card and debit card. Following the instructions when you check out, if you have an paypal account, you may pay by paypal, if you want to pay with credit card or debit card, at the payment page, below the paypal login box, there is  "I still do not have paypal account",  when you click it, you will be able to put in your card and pay.  Payment is very safe and this payment method is provided by PayPal company.

3. Q: How long time will my order arrive  ?

     A: we usually need 40 days to produce an order,  another 3-5 days shipping to USA, Canada,  about 5 days to Europe,  7 days to Latin America and Israel. we use Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL shipping.  although the above shipping company service is accurate, but sometime, there will be unexpected delay during shipping, it is totally out of our control.  So we suggest when you place order you should leave some time excesiveness.  it is not good just cut the time. 

4.  Q: What if I need a rush order ?

     A: our regular lead time 43-47 days.  if you need the order in 30-42 days, you need pay a rush fee of U$60.  we do not accept any order if you need it in hand within 30 days.

5.  Q: What if I find a mistake in my order ?

      A: if you placed the order within 10 days, that means we are preparing to produce,  you may apply to make modification.   If the order are already made or partially made, you may also apply to modify,  we will charge fees accordingly. If you find mistakes when you get the order,  and we made this mistake during the producing, we will reproduce the order for you at no cost.

6. Q: Can I get sample before order ?

     A: Yes, we provide sample. we will charge sample fee and shipping charge. shiping charge usually higher because of international express mail.  In order to save time, we  do not send samples by regular mail, we only send samples  by express mail such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT.  in most cases, you may save sample shipping by just request a photo proof.  but we only provide the photo proof when order is placed and before start producing.

7.  Q: Can I order my own style ?

      A: Yes, we may produce according to customers design.  you need contact David by email. 

8. Q: Is there any duty or tax when i get the parcel ?

    A: we only can say sometime parcels need pay duty or tax of about U$30 to USA or Canada. while sometime you do not need  pay anything, it depends on customs offical, out of our control.  we do not stand for duty or tax occured. 

9. Q: What if I want sell davidkippot brand products in my store ?

    A:  we welcome those who has real store to sell our prodcuts. we provide diffrent discount according to business scale with us. We usually do not accept only has website store.  please contact David for detail.
