1. Q: How to order from this website ?

     A: Please register an account at our website and log in to place an order.  Please keep record of your user name and password. Contact us if you forget your password.  You can login to check the order status and find the tracking number once the order shipped out.

2. Q: How to pay with credit card or deibt card ?

     A: We accept payment through Paypal website, if you have a Paypal account, you may pay by Paypal, otherwise,  Paypal allows you to "pay as guest" or "pay by credit card or debit card". Then you can use your credit/debit card on secured Paypal page.

3. Q: How long time will my order arrive  ?

     A: We usually need 30 days to produce an order,  another 3-5 days shipping to USA, Canada,  about 5 days to Europe,  7 days to Latin America and Israel. we use Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL for the shipping.  Although those shipping services are reliable, there is still chance for an unexpected delay caused by shipping company, which is out of our control.  So we suggest to place order in advance. It is not recommended to cut the time too close. 

4.  Q: What if I need a rush order ?

     A: our regular lead time 33-37 days.  if you need the order in 20-32 days, you can rush the order with a U$60 rush fee.  The rush order is subject to our production schedule at the moment.  We will confirm back to you whether the order can be arranged. We reserve the right to reject the rush order if our production schedule is full.

5.  Q: What if I find a mistake in my order ?

      A:We accept modificaton of the order within 7 days from the order date, free of charge as long as production has not yet started. If the order is already in production, the modification may be subject to fees to cover the losses. If the mistakes are caused by us,  we will reproduce the order for free.

6. Q: Can I get sample before order ?

     A: Yes, we provide a free sample. Please place a free sample order at our website, we will make a sample and send you photos proofs for your approval. We can ship the sample to you by Fedex, UPS, DHL or TNT with a shipping charge of U$25. we will reimburse the U$25 when you place the regular order with us. Please note that sample order may take two weeks and regular order may take 4-5 weeks, so please caculate the lead time carefully to ensure sufficient time to make your order. We will also send photo proofs of your regular order before mass production anyway, so if your time line is tight, we suggest you issue the regular order directly if photo proofs are good enough for your approval.

7.  Q: Can I order my own style ?

      A: Yes, we may produce according to your customized designs.  You need to contact us by email. 

8. Q: Is there any duty or tax when i get the parcel ?

    A: We are exporter of the order, so we are not responsible for the import duty or tax. Whether there will be an import duty is subject to the customs of the destination country.  

9. Q: What if I want sell davidkippot brand products in my store ?

    A:  We welcome distributors who have physical stores to distribute our products. We have discount programs for distributors. Please contact us for detail.
