Free Sample

We offer a free sample of the customized items for your Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Wedding and other events. We will produce a physical sample and send you photo proof. It is free of charge. We may send the sample to you if you pay a US$45 shipping cost. The sample shipping cost will not be refunded. Since the sample order is a free service, we reserve the right to accept or reject the sample orders.

The lead time for sample order is typically 2 weeks. And the lead time for a regular order is 5-6 weeks. Please carefully calculate the time line so that we have sufficient time to make the final order for your event.

You may make the sample order by selecting a item number, uploading the embroidery file and putting in inside printing information. You may also make remarks in the bottom of the order form to provide further details.

We only provide one round free sample, and no more than 2 samples in sample order. if you need next round samples, or more than 2 samples, there will be extra charge. You need to contact us for such cases to discuss details.
